Born in Surrey, UK, and of Filipino heritage, Steph studied Art and Design in London and received an NVQ Level 2 in Nail Services in 2006.

In 2009, Steph met renowned international session Nail Technician, Andrea Fulerton, whom she had assisted prior to going freelance.

Steph's nail work has been featured in international publications and media and has also worked alongside leading brands such as Chanel, Baileys, De Beers, Burberry, Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Virgin Media, Pantene, Schwarzkopf, L'Oreal, Max Factor, British Airways, to name a few.

Steph has worked with London Fashion Week designers for numerous seasons and many renowned creatives and high profile clients throughout her journey being in the industry.

As a Nail Technician, what was just an ‘interest’ in nails has now become her passion to reach perfection in every aspect. Attention to detail has become Steph's second nature.

From working so close within the commercial industry,  not only was she sought after for her Manicuring skills, In January 2017, Steph became a Hand Model and landed her first published job for Empire Magazine. Seeing this as her own niche within the vast market, she now conveniently and capably models and manicures her own hands.

Progressing onwards through early 2017, at the Scratch Stars Awards, Steph was named one of the Finalists for Session Stylist Of The Year 2017 and also made her debut entry into the flagship beauty event; Professional Beauty London, held at the London ExCeL exhibition centre. Through hard work and determination, she achieved multiple 1st Place awards. Having entered the competition again in 2018, Steph continued to attain awards and succeeded in keeping her title as International Manicurist of The Year for the second year running.

For her third and final year in February 2019, Professional Beauty omitted the ‘International Manicurist of The Year award’ (due to a significant decline in competitors entering). However, not being discouraged, Steph still worked hard to reach her goal in achieving First place in the Photographic Classic category.

A few months later, Steph’s Manicure and Hand Modelling work was featured in a Channel 5 (www.channel5.com) documentary, aired 22nd July 2019, named “Million Pound Hand Jobs”.

At present, Steph is now freelance, currently residing in The United States and represented by Closeup Models in Los Angeles.
